Vitamins

I had gastric bypass surgery 12 years ago. I have had great success on weight loss. My issue is that I have absolutely no energy after all these years of losing the weight I just feel very depleted.

I take a prenatal Vitamin faithfully every day of my life, back when I had the surgery that's what I was told to do.

I have been looking for a good vitamin regimen and would welcome any suggestions or advice.

This sounds like a good question for your surgeon or PCP. Do you get regular blood work? If not, you probably need a blood test to check your vitamin levels to see what you need.
