Sleeve on October 18th

Hello all. I am getting sleeves on October 18th. I have to start my liquid diet from October 11th. I am very worried about that as I suffer from hypoglycemia. Also did you all quit caffeine? Please help me get though this journey. I feel scared and alone.

@@jiti28 My surgery is the same day. I started my liquid diet on the 4th. It's not as hard as I expected but it's not easy either. Talk to your nutritionist (or surgeon) about your diet and hypoglycemia - they may adjust your diet some. I am not hungry at all - actually haven't been drinking as many shakes as I'm allowed. The head hunger is very real though! I'm also emotional and foggy. I stopped caffeine - but only drank one coffee a day so that wasn't difficult. You can do this - you're not alone! Stay strong!!!

I can not give you advice because I am not in your situation but don't feel alone, there are a ton of people on here and can help you get through this. Good luck to you.
