It's been about three weeks since I've completed everything that was required from the office I haven't heard anything from them I keep calling and they keep telling me I need to leave a message anybody know how long it takes to get an answer or to find out if you were approved for the surgery or not I have Medicare/Medicaid.?

@@rachel_bypass If you aren't receiving a phone call back from leaving a message - I would call again and explain that you've left messages and would like to speak to someone in person. Medicare may take a little longer than some commercial plans - but someone should at least be calling you back to confirm they sent everything out.

I have to wait nearly a month for somebody to call me back and let me know that there was a balance of five dollars that is just insane.

@@KristenLe just really wanted to share the news I don't really have that many supporters but when I went in to pay the five dollars today that I old they called me back in like an hour and said do I want to schedule my surgery date so it's November 26
