No weight loss

I am approaching the 4th month check in with my nutritionist. The first month was the check in, the second month I lost 4 pounds, but the 3rd month I stayed the same. This month I have lost 5 pounds. Will the fact that I didn't lose weight the 3rd month but stayed the same effect insurance approval? I must lose a minimum of 20 pounds by the first week of December.

  • I doubt that will be an issue at all.

Shouldn't be an issue! They look at compliance. So if you are sticking with diet and exercise or not.

You are already half way there and you have 2 not months to work on it????.

Look at what you're already doing and change it up a notch. Less carbs, more lean protein and exercise a little more. You'll do it!
