Nutritionist visits

Ugh!! When I started the process my hospital called the insurance company to find out what I needed to do. I was told 6 nutritionist visits. Since they did not specify months or just visits I emailed UHC and asked. I had to take 12 weeks of group therapy for the hospital and the first week of the month was with the nutritionist in group. So would one group visit a month plus a one on one visit count? I have an email confirmation from UHC that as long as it's coded nutritionist for group, which it is, that 2 visits a month would be fine. Now the hospital contacted me and said I need to do 2 more months of visits. Has anybody had this happen and fought it?

Typically it once per month and specifically spaced.
