Irvine, CA Support Group

Hi everyone,

I wanted to start up a weight loss support group here in Irvine. This forum has a great reputation, and I wanted to see if I could get some interest from anyone who lives close by.

- Support group will be free

- Will be Saturday morning, once a month (date to be decided)

- Discussions will include: exercise, nutrition, game plans, how to get out of plateaus, etc.

- All ages, men and women

As a Personal Trainer of 11 years, I have trained countless individuals who have had bariatric surgery. From these experiences, I have an enormous amount of value I believe I can share with those interested.
