September 29th = New chapter!

Wow!! Time has gone by so fast!! I can't believe my day is almost here. I've felt overwhelmed and terrified up until about two days ago. A calm has settled over me and I'm ready. I know I've researched this surgery for a long time, I have an amazing medical team and awesome support from friends and family. My primary dr and one of my best friends had the sleeve too. They're both doing amazing. That's inspiring. Today is my last day on the 1,200 calorie diet. Tomorrow I start the 2 day liquid diet. Thursday is the big day!! [emoji2] Any extra prayers and good vibes would be appreciated.

Good luck! My surgery is Wednesday. I'm scared to death, but I know that I have done everything that I can possibly do to make for the best surgical situation.

Good thoughts to you...

Good luck to you too!! You'll be fine. Think positive thoughts. If you've done your research, have a trusted medical team and are willing to follow the guidelines, you'll do great. You've got this!!
