You have to have Protein to heal. Even if you don't like protein, get some unflavored Protein powder to add to your G2 or whatever. Protein isn't optional.

What does your Dr say about what you are eating?

@@andersonrivera protein is very important in this stage for healing and for weight loss! I noticed if I was slacking on protein I would not lose weight. After surgery the only protein shake that wasn't too heavy for me was unjury - strawberry. If you don't want milk based I would shoot for Isopure I personally like the tea flavors although they do leave a strange after taste. I think I saw in another post that you were just sleeved at the end of August, take it slowly. The most important thing is to get your protein and stay hydrated!
