Arm flab issue

I am a month and a week after RNY. I am losing but my arms are just bugging the crap out of me. They're now misproportionately larger than the rest of me and so what fits my body now doesn't fit my arms. Have you done anything that really helped get rid of the arm fat? If so, what?

I don't wanna have big muscular arms. Just get rid of the fat.

Nope. Sorry. You can use weights to tone but it won't do anything for the skin - though it might help fill out the skin a little if that makes sense.... Your body will shift around a LOT during your loss phase. You just have to dress as best as you can and realize that it is all for the better in the end. I reached goal several months ago but even though my weight has stayed the same, people keep saying I look thinner - and it is just the "parts" shifting around.

PS - My brachioplasty is in 5 weeks. Can. Not. Wait!!

It's not the skin, it's the fat still in my arms. I will get some hand weights this weekend!

My arms are fat too! Talked to a plastic surgeon and they can be improved with liposuction. Gonna get it done in February
