arent you toooo tight? I have been back and forth with fills and unfills. I cant seem to lose anymore either. I am stuck!! So mad and tired of not losing anymore. how long has anyone plateaued since banding in september o7 ???

I was also at a very slow losing point. Last Dr. visit only 4 lbs. down in 6 weeks. Found the website The Daily Plate, which has very easy logging in of food consumed. I started doing it 2 weeks ago and have lost 7 lbs. in the first 9 days. I was amazed at how much calories I was consuming once I started counting them again. I guess it has just creeped back up there with my not holding myself accountable for every bite. Good luck to you and hope that you get the jump start you want. Karen
