Myself and a cold

Ugghh I have to rant I had my surgery 22 and two days ago I started getting a sore throat! So guess what I have a COLD :( I hate being sick! Now my nose is all congested I have to blow every minute and it's beginning to get raw!!!! Ahhhhh I can't take it anymore!!! Any ideas that have helped you???
