Not unless you add 15 grams of my instant protein Water, which I just happen to have right here in my bag of magic tricks. The line forms to the right.

In the universe in which I reside, it is impossible to get 30 grams of protein out of 15 grams of protein powder. Genepro makes claims that, to put it mildly, I do not understand given the laws of physics. I personally would not touch the stuff. But I know others who swear by great results.

Vlogger Melanie Sliced Thinner has a great vlog on this backed up by research and comments from GENEPRO. Check it out and you might opt for a different vendor.

I have no knowledge of protein suppplements, so I'll make no suggestions. As to working out, however, there's no reason not to go walking. Walking counts and moving is good.

At some time it may help you to know that weight is weight regardless of the tissue that's being burned. You are losing weight. It's the source that you care about. You probably meant "fat."

If your surgery practice is nearby, you may be able to get samples of various products from the RD.
