July 2007 Bandits

Hi, I was banded on July 6th, 2007. In the last 10 years I've put on 100 pounds and just couldn't get it off and keep it off. I'm so happy with my LapBand and even more happy to be shed of 30 pounds as of today.

Would anyone else who had their surgery in July like to join in and share their journey?

    My surgery was on July 11. I've lost about 30 pounds so far, but the rate of weight loss has leveled off the last few weeks. I go in for my first fill tomorrow and I intend to lose another 30 between now and Christmas.
