Month 6 and struggling

I am struggling to get back on track. My surgeon told me in the beginning to stay at 225 but don't go below 219. I have bee. Fluctuating ever since. I got down to 215 and then decided to pull back my exercising and eat more carbs to put on the 4 pounds. When I was attempting to lose the weight I was never able to get beneath 210 before stalling out there.

Now I'm 233.5lbs and have my last appt (month 6 on Monday). I'm so fearful I'll have to start all over. Going back to the gym ASAP. Very upset I stopped weighing myself. I know it's my time of the month now but I don't think it's Water weight. No weight at all! Any suggestions? Maybe I should call my physician now and discuss this with them.
