This whole site is an online support group. You can also look at Lapband under the Forums tab, above; it has a local support group sub-tab.

If your own surgery practice doesn't offer a support group, call other hospitals in your area. If they do bariatric surgery and have in-person groups for patients, they probably also welcome others to the meetings.
