First post op check up

Well I'm officially 1 month out as of yesterday and I'm doing great I have to go see my surgeon this week and I'm curious what happens at the check up ? Also how long did you have to wait before you were able to lift things and do different exercises?

My post op office schedule is 2 weeks, 2 months, 6 months, 1 year. In addition I have access to a monthly support group and can meet with the NUT 12 times the first year.

Each surgeon visit they will review my blood labs and determine if something needs to be increased via suppliement. My 2 week visit, will discuss moving me to pureed foods.

I had staples soy down time was longer than most. You can start walking immediately after surgery. Weights ...dealing with abs 6 months.... You can do everything else.....
