Phillips MOM - I have been taking it regularily as I have a real issue with constipation. It is gentle and our clinic recommended it. I didn't find the Benefibre too helpful.

Cindy

I used the benefibre and found it helpful but I also found that drinking more water and exercise really helped and in more wyas than just staying regular. it helps with the weight loss too.

I use benefiber, but I have also needed to get usede to the idea that I may not have a BM everyday (Is that too much information or what?)

Also make sure you are getting enough Water. I find I can tell when I am not drinking enough as everything backs up.

Andrew

Thanks ! What do I have to lose!! (LOL)

Rose

Don't forget you haven't really eaten enough yet to make a poo poo. Keep up the benefibre and it will come.....:embarassed:

Hi: I found Benefibre worked fine, but I have had better success with Bran Buds soaked in skim milk. LOL, I ate the 1/3 cup of bran buds and everything was fine until the buds started to swell in my pouch. Ouch! Now I soak 1/4 cup of bran buds until they are soft then I eat it. I have had good BMs since then. Also, it is not necessary to have a BM everyday with the small amount we are eating. Nature will takes it course in any event. Just bran helps make it easier. Doddie
