4 days out. 7 pounds downs

fresh out. the first couple for days were pretty hard i have to admit i cried because the pain was so strong. when i first started drinking liquids i was shocked about how easily they filled me up. yes i knew that would happen but knowing and experiencing are two very different things. as the days go by I'm drinking a pill every morning on an empty stomach to prevent ulcers and I'm chewing my Multivitamins everyday (Centrum vitamins) i am also drinking 3 Protein shakes a day and everything is going pretty well. i hope i keep recovering easily and i hope that anyone else that is at the same point as i am has a speedy recovery as well :)
