Help getting back on track

Hello all. I lost 80 lbs since pre-surgery. Due to depression and some unreal end medical issues I

Be been losin and gaining tge same 5 lbs for the past 3 months. I just can't get it together. Can anyone offer some suggestions and foods? Thanks!!!

My suggestion is to get back to basics.......get your eating plan out that you followed right after surgery and go through all the stages .....maybe a week on each stage. If you're not tracking your food start now. Track everything you put in your mouth.
