Post op Port pain any helpful hints or tips

hi , surgery was a week ago on Friday July 29th . The only pain I have is from the incision and scope hole from were they removed my band and port. I am walking around , using a pillow for support and an ice pack to help with the pain but does anyone else have any tips or tricks to help with this ? I would greatly appreciate it

For me a heating pad really helped me instead of ice. And of course......walking and lots of Water to flush everything out of your system.

I hope things get better soon.

Yeah am looking for tips and length of stay with pain as medications prescribed to me make me feel more unwell. I have the binder and a JP drain and try to move as much as I can.

Ideas on how long I will be uncomfortable would be great I know that the healing is different for everyone.
