Progress a week out

I am so excited, I had my Surgery August 16, and I went to my one week appointment and I lost 12 LBS. I know this is alot for one week, but do you think that it will slow down, now that I am on Mushy foods?

    Did you try the link called How to get a ticker in your signature? Go to the LBT homepage and Click on a Topic toward the bottom of the page called LBT Forum Suggestions, Feedback & Questions. There is a thread there called How to get a ticker in your signature with step by step instructions.
