My advice is... breeeeeathe. Stalls are normal and actually necessary. If your body never took a little break from the rapid loss, you would probably be really sick. It may be normal to lose this muc

Cut carbs after 4pm and drink lots of Water. The carbs you do have before 4pm should be limited to about 30g. Burning fat and not carbs is key. Focus heavely on protien, and healthy fats. Be care
