I met with my surgeon again yesterday... now I'm just waiting on a surgery date for my band to RNY. I'm really really excited, and a little scared, but mostly excited.

I think what is making me quite nervous is going into work today to ask for the time off for 'necessary surgery'... I know my boss will be 100% supportive, he's great, but I feel guilty having the time off.

I'm not telling anyone (for me it's no ones business) so I just wanted to tell someone I'm excited ????

Yay and good luck. I met with my surgeon last week and have started the pre-op stuff. I'm still about 3 months from surgery though.
