Skin!

Hey I'm close to my goal but I have some excess skin... Obviously! I have a personal trainer and my goal is to get a six pack by Christmas! But I don't think this is possible with the skin. Does it ever go away? Has anyone here had a tummy tuck?

It all depends on your age and health but depending how much weight you had to lose it is unlikely it will all spring back.

I am 53 and lost 151lbs. There is no way mine is bouncing back LOL. I just had an arm lift a week ago and 3 months from now I will have a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants.

Did your insurance cover it or did you have to pay yourself
