  2. Wow, you look amazing! Agree with everything already said here, I have gained but I am lifting weights so that is having an effect. I have started using measurements instead of weight. Keep it up Sent from my MI 4W using the BariatricPal App

  4. I have the same problem, I take Biotin and meet my Protein goal... Mostly. I think it's just one of those things and from what I've read it will right itself when you reach a steady weight. I'm lucky that I already had very thick hair so it's not so noticeable. I wish I could give you more hope, maybe try upping your protein? Sent from my MI 4W using the BariatricPal App
  5. Hey I'm close to my goal but I have some excess skin... Obviously! I have a personal trainer and my goal is to get a six pack by Christmas! But I don't think this is possible with the skin. Does it ever go away? Has anyone here had a tummy tuck? Sent from my MI 4W using the BariatricPal App

  9. I have a similar thing, I live in the tropics and just almost completely recovered from a severe bout of dengue fever. During the worst part of the illness I dropped 18lb but since being allowed home I'm am also bouncing between the same 4lb. I have resumed exercise and watching my intake but nothing. So depressing. I'm sure it will pass but not great feeling Sent from my MI 4W using the BariatricPal App

  12. So I'm having this odd time, I'm almost 4 months out and I've lost 35kg, I'm over the moon but it's like someone has disconnected my body and brain! I can't recognise myself, I get freaked out when I see pictures of myself and I jump when I catch my reflection sometimes. I am sure this is probably normal and part of the adjustment but wow it's odd! Sent from my MI 4W using the BariatricPal App

  14. Hey my first post here! I'm 6weeks out and I'm really struggling to stay hydrated. I live in the tropics so hydration is always an issue but now more than ever! I feel like I'm constantly drinking and it's a pain when I have to stop to eat, just really worried about what I'm doing to my kidneys if I stay dehydrated! I have a drink with me at all times and I must drink around 3 liters a day. I had my surgery done in India... ONLY $4500!! Excellent surgeon great follow up... Just worrying about dehydration Sent from my MI 4W using the BariatricPal App
