Narrowing in the stomach

I had an upper GI on Monday. As it was being done while I was laying on my side, the doctor saw that I have a narrowing in my mid stomach. Looking at the screen, it was very obvious. I asked if it was a stricture and he said no since the fluid is passing through. I was sleeved 5/20 and he was skeptical that it could still be from swelling. Have any of you had this issue? If so, what was done to correct it? Waiting to hear back from my GI Doctor on final results, but just wanted to hear from others too.
