August Bypass Buddies?

Hello all! Well..just got my surgery date...August 4th...and needless to say I am actually nervous. This will be a band to bypass revision, and it seems no matter how much research I have done, I find myself very much scared and nervous... it'd be nice to find some that are going through the same journey!!

I will be having my RNY August 17th

  • Hello. August 1 for me. Lapband was removed on April 25th. Doctor makes you wait 3 months before revision to RNY. What are you doing to get ready? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

@@DRKExpressions Check with your doctor's office. You may be able to use Miralax or Benefiber on a daily basis to help. The numbers typically stand for highest weight, surgical weight, and current weight.

August 31 here...

8/30 - doing good. Will know tomorrow if my stall has started. The last couple days I haven't budged, but don't count it as a stall until I hit 3 days. Moving to more firm foods Tuesday. Tried to rush it a little today and felt the restriction.
