That's fabulous!!!! I'm very excited you got that behind you. Week is great so far. I'm still on pins and needles waiting to hear back from the insurance. You have a great week and I will text you when I hear my results.

Thank you Mindi Lou!! How are you doing in this journey?

Do either of you have Dr LaMasters? She's my surgeon. I've heard amazing things about her. My primary dr had the sleeve surgery too and she looks amazing!! She said that LaMasters is a great surgeon. Starting my two day liquid diet today!! Woohooo. I'm so ready for this new life. My first grandbaby will be born in April so I'm determined even more to get healthy.

I'm having my surgery there too and by Dr. La Masters! Had a great mtg with her today. I'll be having my surgery early March. Because I smoked ugh I have to wait three months. Then because I'm going on a plane in Feb I can't fly after surgery for 90 days. I'm ok with this though more time to prep and focus on some changes beforehand. I'm so glad to hear great things about our surgeon!

Lucky I forgot already what prep did you have to do before the two day liquid?

My last preop appt was the 19th. I immediately started the two week 1,200 calorie diet. Then today and tomorrow are liquids. I'm super excited but getting nervous. Do you go to the support group meetings? They're pretty informative.
