Week 3 stall

I am 3 weeks post op and doing great. Walking 2 miles a day and down almost 35 lbs. I think I'm at my first stall. Usually how long do they last?

@@BigReid21 - that's hard to say, stalls vary in length of time. stay focused and it will pass and be prepared for the next stall. they happen.

if you haven't measured yourself, do it now. you may be losing inches when the scale isn't moving- NSV!
