Hi everyone!

I thought I'd start a thread for a change because after reading all your awesome threads I needed to jump in!!! Hope you don't mind!

Revelations.....about myself....since my lap band surgery. Call it an NSV, a perk, a mini victory....call it what you like....but I think that everything I'm experiencing is AWESOME!!! I'm learning so much about the old me that I've never realized or thought about before. And I know you'll agree!

One particular revelation for me is that I no longer have an over-abundance of napkins in my car!!! I know you can ALL relate to this...c'mon....fess up!

But, the truth is, I went through the car wash last week and wanted to wipe my mirrors afterwards. I have always had napkins coming out from every nook and cranny in the car. But as I searched frantically.....there was not ONE single solitary napkin to be found.....!!!

The REVELATION??? Well, I realized then how often I had gone to drive-thru windows to or from my destination...and now that I don't, I have no napkins!!! Hey, I can live with that! The benefits are far greater!!

You know what? I was just thinking the very same thing the other day. lol.

It's really funny. I used to smoke, so I was in the convenience store on occasion and might buy myself a lottery ticket. Now, I don't smoke, so I never go inside a convenience store, so no lottery ticket.

Like you. I used to frequent the drive thru fast food places and always had napkins on hand. No more. ... and I'm okay with that.
