I decided to have WLS in December. I went to the orientation and had my initial appointment in January. It was at my first appointment that I was informed that due to changes that my insurance company made there was no where in the state of Mississippi that met the qualifications to perform the procedure. Although, I was disappointed I remained diligent and the day is almost here. I am scheduled for surgery on July 26,2016 and although I have to travel 2 hours away to Louisiana. I wouldn't change my decision for anything. Does anyone have any advice on how to survive the preop diet?
