When I go out, I order off of the kids menu. It's a little awkward at first, but really not a big deal once you get used to doing it. Or if a kids menu is not available, order meat and veggies of some type. I can get 4-6 meals out of a typical restaurant serving.

My doctor gave me a card showing I had the surgery. I get smaller meals off the senior or kids menu. I have also gotten free "limitless kids priced" meals at buffets when they see I can only eat a few bites and can't even fill half a bread plate.
