They all seem to have a smell to them. My NUT said to try drinking them from a cup with a lid. You might try that.

I absolutely love powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury. The chocolate Splendor tastes just like chocolate milk. You can buy it in individual servings and try it before you have to buy a whole canister. I bought it straight from Unjury.com. The shipping isn't too bad. If you get a started kit they will sent you a thermometer and a shaker bottle.

Sometimes temperature affects the taste. Premier Protein chocolate shakes are tolerable cold but if you stick one in the freezer until it just starts to freeze it tastes like a fudgecicle.

Premier Protein ready made was the easiest for me. Fyi: don't buy a lot of one you think you like before surgery. I bought a case of one kind that I loved beforehand and my taste buds totally changed after surgery. Also just a note. Fairlife fat free milk has the most protein and is good to use when mixing with protein powders. Good luck!
