Push up

I am 11 days post op and all I wanna do is a friggin push up. Not supposed to workout but I'm dying to just do some push-ups. Lost 28 lbs so far and eager to get in the gym.

If you lift to early you have a high chance of opening a staple line. Just walk as much as you can every day. The weight training will come. But don't go heavy at the start. Your new friend isn't healed even at 8 weeks post op
