Fill Dr. near Bethlehem PA?

Hi, I am going to be banded in Oct in Denver.

I am in the process trying to locate a fill Dr. in my local area that will fill for other Dr.'s bands.

Any one know of a Dr in my area, NJ or even Manhattan that will fill?

    Did you ever find a local fill doctor? My husband is getting his band this Thursday in Mexico, and I am hoping to find a fill doctor closer than New York. (We live in Bethlehem, PA also).
