I rotate between 3 or 4 different brands. Premier is one of them, right now I'm drinking Muscle Milk Light. I have found that after a couple months of one thing, I start having problems choking them down. Switching to something else takes care of that problem. I'm down to 1 shake a day at this point, and I don't really need to be drinking them anymore, but they are so convenient that I can't completely stop! It's weird, I thought that once I didn't have to drink them I would have no problem giving them up, but that has not been the case.

Stupid healthy habits! :D

I love the GNC lean shake pre made shakes. My favorite flavors are strawberry (tastes kinda like strawberry nesquik), banana, and pumpkin spice (tastes like the cereal milk from Cinnamon Toast Crunch). I also use the protein mix from optimum nutrition gold standard. I get it from Costco.

when I have one it's usually powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate splendor. sometimes with Peanut Butter powder added or sometimes with half a banana. made with fairlife milk.

although in the fall I am going to play around with a vanilla one and add pumpkin and spice to it.
