Made the decision last year to have the gastric sleeve operation, I've been super excited and have prepared myself well by already losing 15kg since February 1. Starting to get nervous now and my brain is in overdrive thinking up all kinds of stuff.
I see that the first few weeks are the hardest, going in with your eyes open is a good thing! So having this app and forum is great. I live in NZ and in s small country town, so access to people and discussion on the net is fabulous!
