First month postop appointment

So I had my first month post op today. Down to 248 from 277. I feel great and still get in Proteins first and avoid Pasta , bread and rice. The only "carb" I get is popcorn. Other than veggies and whole foods. I have another appointment on August 11th so I won't know my weight in between. She told me I am released to do whatever I want, swim, work out, lift, and eat whatever, within reason. I love our barriatric team out here. They don't scare us, they are up front, but realistic.

So much more energy and is fun putting on smaller size (have a range of sizes in my closet), lol. I knew that first week was because I hadn't eaten anything. I figured I would only lose 7-10 pounds more and that's what happened. I'm excited to work out tomorrow.
