Just getting started

Hi, I'm so glad I found this support group, I'm just starting my journey for a better life.

It is great to be able to talk with others who are going through the same things. My

journey is going to be a long one, I'll have to wait till mid October before surgery.

    I'm very new to all of this as well and i just started my preop diet, stopped smoking six days ago, and having surgery on 6/23.... There is alot of helpful information online. I'm just ready to get on the losers bench!
