I know this is a weird question

This has happened 2x for me, so I decided to ask everybody here if this has happened to them.

When I am having a bm, and you feel it "getting to the door to evacuate" all of a sudden I feel nauseous and very close to vomiting. No it has nothing to do with smell lol it occurs before the door is opened ha. I am not struggling with constipation or diarrhea. All is normal.

Never had this issue before.
