Hi ladies: I was sleeved in Tijuana on July 4th. It was an awesome experience and I am just starting to introduce foods little by little. I too love the premier Protein. When I need a boost in the flavor I add a tbsp of PB2 Protein Powder to the chocolate or bananas & cream, it tastes yummy.did you have a 2 week liquid preop?
