Your sleeve is a tool and will do as you employ it to do.

It will allow you eat and drink sugary garbage and pile the weight on.......OR......it will allow you to eat nutritious Proteins and eventually add vegetables......and stay hunger free and charged up and ready to rock.

If and when you find yourself in a stall on the scale moving......seriously evaluate your intake and effort level. If you are giving maximum effort.....then keep after it.

You are going to get the results you work for.....and then some. Fun times ahead for you.
