    Best tip is to start a Facebook secret group with all July sleevers. I was sleeved last July and my Facebook support group has been a blessing. We are all going through the same things at the same time - so it's more relevant conversations. Reach out on bariatric pal and find your July peers. Best thing ever. And enjoy the ride.     I agree with Miss Kim. I joined a Facebook page. Currently half of us are fresh postop and half going in the next month. Incredible support. If you can't find one then start one of your own. Good luck.
