First Fill - question

I have my 6 week check up tomorrow and when I called th office today they did not know if I was having a fill or not. I am going to ask him for one when I get there. Those of you who have had fills did you have to not eat that day so they could see what is going on?

I just do not want to get there tomorrow afternoon and them say that I cannot get one because I ate. I need one and am hoping to get it done.

I have been on a 3 week no loss zone and it is starting to move again, but will move more and faster with a fill.
