Any suggestions for purée

I am 3 weeks post op and I am cleared to have purée food. Baby food is disgusting and basically I am living on hummus applesauce and eggs. I am getting bored with this. Any suggestions?? Ty

You can purée just about anything I had a lot of tuna with cottage cheese., also chicken . Baby food noooooo way !

Cheesy chicken enchilada Soup ( Progresso light I think) with a scoop of unflavored Protein powder, puree in the blender first and warm slow. I am almost four months out and still have this.

I lived on purée beef bolignaise with cheese melted on top. Poached salmon & cottage cheese purée.

Egg salad, tuna salad, turkey chili, mashed cauliflower are some options. I have also roasted beets then puréed them with baked tilapia.

I tried but could not do pureed fish...that was the only thing that I could not keep down. oof. I went the easy route and pureed Soups, my fav is split pea with ham. I got the Healthy Request or whatever they are, from Campbell's. Pre-surgery I probably would never have gone for the "healthy" versions of soup (lower sodium) but my tastes have really changed. And that split pea w/ ham has a good amount of Protein in it! I also got pkgs of instant mashed potatoes, and pureed some chili to mix with it. I need flavor lol-- that's what I had for dinner tonight. I also like blending up some turkey breast, cottage cheese, sauce and some shredded cheese.
