Fellow Iowans?

Hello....any Iowans out there? :-) From Des Moines here. Still on the fence about the surgery. Give a shout out if you're in the area.

Hi Mindi!! I'm still going through the hoops too. I'm actually grateful for the hoops. It's giving me time to really gather information and make a decision. How are you feeling about the decision?

I think my biggest concern at this point is whether I'll fail at losing the weight, yet again. And some concern about reactions from others. I'm working on getting better habits established now before I get a surgery date. I've been eating healthier, eating Breakfast and lunch which I normally skipped, drinking more Water and increasing my activity. I'm not sure why I'm feeling so anxious about it all. The facts are, I'd be much healthier and happier......but I'm still pretty scared to commit to it. :-/
