Most definitely! And it's a great mixer to use with your Nectar brand protein powders.....gives you good cool thin drinks that you can sip on all day and get lots of protein.

I was told Crystal Light was fine! I'm pretty much only drinking Crystal Light and Water, sometimes some milk. I've cut back completely on sodas and it is a little difficult, but I am better off if I do so now. And hopefully it will help me lose some weight.

Love my CL. :girl_hug:

BTW.............WalMart has a housebrand that is much cheaper and just as good if not better than Chrystal Light

Ditto. I actually get mine at Walgreens. It is the Wyler's brand. 8 in a pack for $1.00. It tastes as good, if not better. It is yummy!!
