Telling people

I don't want to tell anyone really about my surgery. I'm still pre-op. When people either find out I was in the hospital or had surgery, what kind of surgery would leave similar scars? Or what kind of abdomen surgery can you have? Sorry if this is dumb...

      Why would anyone be looking at your scars unless you are a belly dancer? I agree that Gallbladder scars are similar. You don't have to lie, but you don't have to tell everything you know!

    I didn't tell anyone (other than hubby and a couple of far-away girlfriends) either. :)

    Gallbladder scars are very similar to VSG scars. I know -- I had GB surgery 4 weeks after VSG surgery. ;)

    And 21 months later, they're all pretty much invisible.
