Dull ache under right breast

I started with a dull ache under my right breast over night. I am 4 months post op RNY. Also having some pressure in my throat. It feels like something is stuck ( I took a pill last night and it happened after that ) also some pressure into my right back. I was wondering what it could be. It can't be gallbladder because I had that removed 4 years ago. It's not so bad that I can't function! Just a dull pressure/ache. Thanks....
