Scared

I'm getting my scope Tues. Not sure when surgery is my last appointment last week said I had tone off birthcontol for6 weeks its been 2. The birth control is for hormones I already feel my mind spinning with thoughts I can't get as much food in as they want and what if I can't after surgery? As anyone died from not getting enough nutrients?
